You have 14 days to return your package from receipt of the order.
This can be exchanged or reimbursed. The item must be returned in its original packaging, neither worn nor washed.
Return costs are at your expense.
Only one exchange or refund per order is possible.
Sale items cannot be refunded.

Please specify if you choose a refund or an exchange. We will then tell you the address to return the package to.
2. Then choose your shipping method. You are responsible for the return costs, so you can choose the carrier of your choice. We advise you to choose a tracked shipping method.
The refund will be made upon receipt of the package within 14 working days, after examination of the items as indicated above.
If you have opted for an exchange, we will send you the new item you want, after checking the returned item, within 5 working days subject to availability.
